7th Annual Esperanza Bonanza Festival Rodeo
Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
Each year, there is always a great turn out of cowboys and cowgirls from all over the United States to participate in the annual
Esperanza Bonanza Festival Rodeo, as well as standing-room only spectators. Our rodeo is sanctioned through the International
Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA), and in addition to earning points, winners also receive prize money.
Our rodeo consists of seven events: Saddle Bronc, Bareback Bronc, Bull Riding, Calf Roping, Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, and
Cowgirl Barrel Racing. Prize money added per event is $700 in addition to entry pool. Total number of places awarded (and prize
amounts) will be determined by the number of participants for each event.

All entries will be handled exclusively through CES for one day only. Anyone can enter, and you can participate in as few or many
of the events as you like:

Total cost to enter is $75 per event to be paid in cash at the rodeo ($50 entry, $10 local, $8 CES, $5 stock company, $2 finals)

There are several sponsorship opportunities available for the Esperanza Bonanza 2009 Championship Rodeo. If you would like

Rodeo Sponsors $4,000
Top billing on all publications, posters, newspaper print, and any radio advertising. Rodeo announcer recognizes the sponsor
throughout the entire performance. Includes two 2'x6' arena banners.
Event Sponsor $2,000 each
Seven total available. Sponsorship for any of the seven competitive events (bull riding, saddlebronc, calf roping, bareback, steer
wrestling, team roping, and cowgirl barrel racing). Each event will be named for a specific sponsor. Rodeo announcer will
announce sponsor throughout event. Includes two 3'x6' banners displayed in the arena.
Bucking Chute Sponsor $500 each
Six total available. The Bucking Chutes are where the bulls and broncs are released during the performance. Sponsor banners
are placed on the front of each chute. Sponsors name is announced each time the chute is used. Includes one 3'x6' banner.
Rodeo Clown Barrel Sponsor $700
One available. Advertised on the rodeo clown's barrel in sticker form. Two stickers are placed on the barrel used by the rodeo's
main entertainer.
Arena Sign $500 each
Advertising banners placed in the arena. Highly visible from spectator seating. Banner size is 2'x4'.
